No deposit required - so far I have had no issues with people changing or withdrawing at the last minute.  Until that happens, I do not need to collect a deposit. I will e-mail/call you 1-2 weeks prior to your event to confirm your rental.  Feel free to contact me at any time for confirmation if you are needing reassurance.
